There are a few ways to contribute:

General Donation

You can make an online donation to The Aesthetic Foundation at any time or contact us to discuss your options. Our team is happy to work with you on a donation that is most meaningful to your organization.


“Raise Cash For Research: Scan to Connect” Fundraiser

By participating in our "Scan to Connect" program, you can provide valuable support to The Aesthetic Foundation while simultaneously driving booth traffic and generating sales leads during The Aesthetic Meeting.

Participating exhibitors make a $100 donation to The Aesthetic Foundation for each badge scanned at their booth. The Foundation also encourages meeting attendees to visit participating exhibitors and scan their badges. In the end, everyone's participation supports groundbreaking aesthetic research.

How it works:

  • Sign up to be a vendor in the Aesthetic Marketplace during the annual Aesthetic Meeting. Please note our deadline for the 2024 meeting was March 1. You can sign up for the 2025 meeting starting December 1, 2024.

  • Determine your level of support (minimum donation/participation is $1,000).

  • Agree to utilize the lead retrieval system and rent the badge scanner device (or get the software for your own scanner) before The Aesthetic Meeting (devices will not be available on-site).

  • Donate $100 for each qualified badge scan (up to your selected donation ceiling).

Participating in this program is not only a way to support a worthy mission, but it also provides you with a unique marketing opportunity. By showcasing your commitment to aesthetic research, you can increase brand awareness and enhance your reputation among potential customers.

To increase attendee participation and booth traffic, we provide the following recognition to participating exhibitors:

  • Meeting App: We list your company alphabetically with your logo and booth number and send push notifications to attendees, reminding them to visit your booth.

  • The Aesthetic Meeting 2024 Program: Your company is listed in alphabetical order (handed out on-site to all attendees)

  • On-site Acknowledgements: Receive a "Raise Cash For Research" participant ribbon on your booth badges and floor minder by your exhibit booth.

  • Email Marketing: We send pre-meeting ("Know Before You Go"), meeting ("Daily Reminders" and "Last Chance"), and post-meeting ("Thank You") emails to all registered attendees.

  • Social Media Promotion: We encourage "Raise Cash For Research" participation with posts on social channels.

By signing your company up to participate in our "5K Fun Run" during The Aesthetic Meeting,  you can see the city and get your bodies moving, all in support of aesthetic research.
