The Aesthetic Surgery Education & Research Foundation (ASERF) Board of Directors circulated Bylaws changes that were approved by the membership via electronic vote just prior to The Aesthetic Meeting in San Diego. Two categories of membership were eliminated, Life and Emeritus. These categories were counter to the goal of the Foundation -- to raise money to support aesthetic surgery research. Donors who make significant contributions are now recognized via the President's Circle. Other approved revisions include housekeeping updates.
